PROLINES CONDITION I: PRODUCTS DOA OR OTHERWISE DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT Defective products may be returned for either repair or exchange. Prolines Customer Service Department will assist and support the customer with all PreApproved Authorized repairs or exchanges. On defective, broken or DOA items, if the product is evaluated as working after inspection when returned, a 25 restock fee will be assest. Products may be returned to Proline under the following conditions. However, all returns are subject to certain conditions and must conform to Prolines Return Material Authorization Procedure. All nondefective product returns for service or exchange are subject to a minimum of 25 restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice, also all customers with items that are being exchangedreplaced will be charged full price for the item and shipping until RMA item is returned. It is solely at Prolines discretion to accept. Refunds issued will be less shipping charges; shipping and handling are not refundable.
